It makes me think of that 1997 song from
Meredith Brooks: “I’m a bitch, I’m a lover, I’m a child, I’m a mother, I’m a sinner, I’m a saint....” We all play so many roles in life. The line I’d add here is “I’m an employee.” I think one of the biggest favors you can do for salon clients is to show them how to go from an office look to a dance club look without necessarily having to reshampoo their hair. In some cases, all they’ll need is some molding paste; in others they may also have to bring a curling iron or flat iron to work.
